Join us at Queensland Parliament as a part-time Parliamentary Attendant – Chamber and Tours. This role is perfect for the individual who thrives in a customer-facing position, enjoys a high level of visitor interaction and enjoys undertaking a variety of tasks.  In this part-time role, you will work 21.75 hours per week over multiple days.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Parliamentary Attendant (Chamber and Tours) to provide chamber and tour support services to Members, staff, and visitors. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the Legislative Assembly Chamber and enhancing the experience of our guests.

What You'll Do:

  • Chamber Support: Provide effective support services in the Legislative Assembly Chamber during Parliamentary sittings.
  • Tours: Conduct informative public and school student tours of the Parliamentary complex, including educational tours with interactive activities.
  • Administration: Provide administration support to the Parliamentary Education and Liaison Team within Chamber and Education Services. Support the reception team and other Parliamentary Services projects as...
