About the role

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for coordinating and advising on First Nations recruitment opportunities. This may include assisting with advice on and the development of policies, procedures and services related to First Nations recruitment, and talent acquisition pathways which support apprentice, cadet and graduate employment.

You'll assist us to promote a culturally responsive environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are empowered to achieve their full potential.
