About this role

At the Department of Justice and Community Safety, we are recruiting for a variety of roles within the Victims of Crime Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) and are seeking Aboriginal people who are committed to making a difference and take pride in their work. These roles will involve a range of responsibilities, including reviewing and approving applications for financial assistance, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and supporting Aboriginal victims of crime.

Other potential responsibilities include ensuring applications are ready for assessment, providing culturally appropriate advice and support to Aboriginal and other victims, and engaging directly with individuals and their support networks to assist in completing applications.

We value diversity and aim to have a workforce that reflects the community we work alongside. We recruit based on merit, regardless of gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or cultural background. If you believe you'd be a great fit, we'd love to hear...
