Senior Insights Analyst

To realise our vision we need a Senior Insights Analyst to be pivotal in partnering and leading with our internal teams to deliver insightful, data-driven recommendations, measure the impact of initiatives, and identify opportunities that align with Temple & Webster's roadmap.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for strategic development
• Measure initiative outcomes and identify strategic opportunities to enhance Temple & Webster's strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, prioritise, and execute a roadmap of data-driven projects aligned with strategic priorities
• Utilise extensive customer and transactional data for varied analyses
• Establish and monitor critical metrics aligned with strategic objectives, reporting regularly to guide decision-making
