The Role


This is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander targeted role. The RAP Manager will take a lead role in developing and implementing the SCC Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). The role is crucial in advancing our commitment to reconciliation and will coordinate the development and implementation of a range of diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and programs for SCC in consultation with key external and internal stakeholders to build a culturally safe, diverse and inclusive workforce. This position will require a forward-thinker who can liaise with stakeholders, manage projects, develop high-level communications (internal and external) for the organisation and highlight the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, and clients....
