Early Years Coach - Western Melbourne Area

We're seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Coach to join our dedicated Programs and Innovation Team. This role involves working on an exciting Pilot Project, delivering the primary service provider (PSP) approach to children with developmental concerns who may not be eligible for NDIS funding.

• Location: Western Melbourne Area - Based at the [maps.app.goo.gl - please use the reveal text button]BSL NDIS Wyndham Office (Werribee, VIC 3011).
• Salary: A competitive remuneration package ranging from $76,195.24 - $81,702.37 per annum + 11.5% superannuation.
• Type of Employment: Maximum Term Contract (12 months), full-time (38-40 hours per week).

This is a 12-month demonstration pilot aiming to provide timely and effective assistance to families and builds on the BSL Disability Services Early Supports offer to demonstrate what supports could influence the developmental trajectory of young children with developmental concerns.
