Team Leader, Client Services

An exciting Opportunity exists to join Victim Assist Queensland as an AO5 Team Leader, Client Services on a temporary fixed-term, full-time basis. 

As the Team Leader for Client Services at Victim Assist Queensland, you will be responsible for overseeing a team that provides essential administrative and client support to the financial assistance assessment teams. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure the accurate delivery of support to government assessors, and oversee the triage and response to enquiries from victims of crime and service providers. The role requires strong leadership, emotional resilience, and the ability to support staff working with sensitive and sometimes distressing content. You will play a key role in fostering a supportive, trauma-informed team environment while maintaining high service standards and encouraging the use of staff wellbeing resources.
