About the role
The JobAccess Client Support Advisor’s key objective is to assist with the performance and compliance activities of the program to achieve job seeker outcome targets.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Operate as an expert in claims management to comply with Department of Employment and Department of Social Services, Deed and Guideline requirements
- Ensure special claims are accurate and where there is an issue, identify and undertake remedial action
- Provide a high level of support and guidance to staff and managers in the understanding and implementation of the Deeds and Guidelines
- Supportive, flexible and willing to meet and adjust to management and changing business needs.
- Ensure all activities are in alignment to the genU WHS policies and procedures
- Participate and promote the health and wellbeing of all staff
About You
The successful candidate will have proven experience within JobAcess services and have knowledge of the current Employment Services DEED Guidelines.
