An exciting opportunity exists to join Victim Assist Queensland as an AO3 Information Officer on a temporary flexible full-time or part-time basis.
As an Information Officer in the Information and Referral Team, your role is to provide clear, accurate, and relevant information to victims of violent crime, their families, and stakeholders. This includes assisting with financial assistance applications and connecting victims to support services. Interactions are mainly conducted over the phone but may also occur in writing or in person. Your key responsibility is to guide victims through the process, ensuring they receive the support and information they need.
