Employment type - Ongoing full-time role (35hrs per week)

 

Salary - Clerk Grade 5/6; ($97,027.00 - $107,059) plus Environmental Allowance + superannuation + leave loading)

 

This position is open to Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people only.

 

Your role

 

As a Services and Programs Officer, you will report to the Service Integration Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering targeted services and programs to two diverse cohorts within Emu Plains Correctional Centre. The main centre will house male offenders with a C3 classification whilst Jacaranda Cottages will house women with various classifications, as part of the Mothers and Childrens Program

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Provide services of assessment, case management, individual crisis, and fundamental support interventions for sentenced and remand inmates.
  • Provide group based accredited or approved programs to offenders within a correctional centre.
