TRILITY is seeking an experienced RTO Compliance Manager to join our team on a part time, permanent basis working 2 days a week. This role can be based anywhere in Australia and you can choose your hours.
The purpose of this role is to provide expert compliance management required to maintain our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which provide Water and Wastewater qualifications across Australia.
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring TRILITY Training Services operates in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including the Standards for RTOs, State Governments and ASQA guidelines. The role involves implementing compliance frameworks, managing audits, and providing training and guidance to staff to maintain best practices in regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
