Aboriginal Case Manager - Bendigo

• Full time, ongoing position based in Bendigo
• Support rehabilitation of clients while engaging with the Aboriginal Community

The Aboriginal Case Manager will be responsible for managing a case load with a majority of Aboriginal individuals with a range of order requirements aimed at reducing the risk of reoffending through conducting risk assessments, preparing case plans, providing interventions and addressing the underlying causes of offending, whilst directing and monitoring compliance with court order obligations.
