Physiotherapist Grade 1

As part of our Primary Health team, EACH is looking for a Physiotherapist to provide clinical services, making a huge difference to the lives of those within our community. This is a Full Time Fixed Term position for 12 months.

In this role, you will assess and deliver evidence-based treatments to meet our customers' physical health needs, focusing on independent living, community engagement, and participation. You will collaborate with the Primary Health Team and external providers to support a multi-disciplinary approach to health and wellbeing. Additionally, you will contribute to service development and enhance your clinical skills through ongoing supervision, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
