Our name Ninti One means ‘clever one’ in Pitjantjatjara, reflecting our desire to be a capacity builder and knowledge broker in Australia.

Our Board is proudly led by renowned Aboriginal Leader Professor Tom Calma AO, the Co-Chair of Reconciliation Australia and National Coordinator, Tackling Indigenous Smoking. Tom has also served as Chancellor of the University of Canberra. He is an Elder from the Kungarakan tribal group and a member of the Iwaidja tribal group in the Northern Territory.

Ninti One’s objective is to work with people across Australia to foster resilient and thriving communities.
