Your Community Health

We are committed to providing inclusive and accessible health centres where people and communities of all identities and backgrounds (including but not limited to, ethnicity, faith, socio-economic circumstance, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, bodies, migration status, age and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent) are accepted, safe and celebrated. Though we are Darebin’s community health provider, we also operate across the surrounding areas through partnerships, outreach, centre-based activities and co-located services.

We deliver a wide range of services including medical, dental, allied health, social support programs, and COVID-19 response. We partner with people and communities to deliver these services in a way that’s right for them, while also advocating for and supporting equitable health outcomes.
